D’MAND Kontrol® pump circulates potable ambient (cool) temperature water in the hot water line back to the water heater via the cold water line and fills the hot water line with hot water, rapidly moving the water so that hot water arrives at the fixtures before the heat is lost through the pipe. Once hot water reaches the domestic hot water pump it turns off to prevent the cold water lines from filling with hot water.
