STS-70T Series

The D'MAND® STS-Series converts standard plumbed homes into D'MAND® Systems. At the push of a button, the STS-Series pumps cold water sitting in the hot water line into the cold water line and back to the water heater. The "off sensor" automatically shuts off the pump and closes the zone valve when hot water arrives at the system. Now you have hot water instantly at the fixture and anywhere else plumbed off of the main line.

The STS-70T models are designed for homes under 3500 square feet. They are suitable for use in most homes and small businesses. They weigh 7 lbs. Dimensions are 11" wide, 8" deep, and 6" tall. (This model is adaptable to any tankless water heater. Please review our tankless water heater section for proper sizing.)

The patented PDV (Check Valve) is built right into the pump housing, reducing the number of external devices. It is adequate for runs of up to 100 feet. The pump carries a five year warranty.

Patented D’MAND® circuit board and PDV (Check Valve). Two ½" x ¾” bushings pre-assembled for easy installation, two custom brass compression “T” fittings, two stainless steel flex-lines, one hard-wired button. For runs up to 100 feet.

Wireless Transmitter Kit (RT-954 $55.00)

Includes 1 Hard-Wired Receiver (R-954) and 1 Wireless Transmitter (T-954). Receiver (R-954) must be wired to the D'MAND System. CANNOT be used in conjunction with Motion Sensors (VS-1107, V-1209, VS-0411).
Wireless Transmitter (T-954 $21.99)

Additional (12-Volt) battery operated Transmitter to be used with RT-954 Kit. An unlimited number of Transmitters (T-954) may be used with Hard-Wired Receiver (R-954). Receiver must be wired to the D'MAND System.
Hard -Wire Motion Sensors (V-1209 $75.00)

Up to twelve (12) Hard-Wired Motion Sensors may be used with one (1) D'MAND System, must be Hard-Wired back to the pump via CAT5 or 22-Gauge Bell Wire.
