D'MAND® System Accessories

The ACT, Inc. D’MAND Kontrol® pump can be activated by a hardwire push button, hardwire motion sensor, wireless remote, or wireless motion sensor. D’MAND Kontrol® pump comes with 1 hardwire push button which wires back to the pump via low voltage wire (CAT 5 or doorbell wire). The user can order as many additional push buttons as desired; all buttons have to be wired back to the pump using low voltage wire.

For users who are retrofitting the pump into their homes and cannot run wire to the pump, ACT, Inc. D'MAND Kontrol® has wireless remote activators and wireless motion sensor activators. The user can use as many wireless remote activators as desired, and up to 10 wireless motion sensors per wireless receiver. ACT, Inc.'s D'MAND Kontrol® activation methods allow it to be the best performing on-demand pump on the market. (NOTE: Other manufacturers do not provide the same plumbing pump parts that ACT, Inc. does.)

The user can use the hardwire push button in tandem with the wireless remote activator or the wireless motion sensor, but cannot use the wireless motion sensor with the wireless remote activator. The reason for this is that the wireless remote activator uses a 5-Volt activation switch within the pump and the wireless motion sensor uses a 12-Volt activation switch within the pump.
