Privacy - As stated in our Privacy Policy, we treat customer information as if it were our own. We do not sell, rent, barter, or otherwise reveal the names or any other information about our customers.
Taxes - As required by California law, we collect tax on all shipments within the state of California. Since each county has its own tax rate, the shopping cart calculates 9.5% on all purchases placed online. When your credit card is billed, the actual tax rate for the “ship to address” based on zip code will be charged.

Refunds - A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive credit. No credit is given on shipping.
